Flint Home Inspections was not starting from zero.
Brett already had customers, inspection experience, positive word of mouth, professional credibility, Realtor relationships, insurance-related opportunities, community relationships, and a reputation for being responsive and thorough.

Owners are busy running their businesses. Digital infrastructure accumulates over time.
Websites, domains, Google accounts, analytics, listings, phone numbers, email accounts, marketing platforms, and vendor relationships may span years. An outside company may have originally created an account, an old email address may have been used, or permissions may simply be unclear. This is a normal operational challenge—not evidence that anyone acted improperly.

What the baseline tells us
Flint already has meaningful activity through Google Business Profile, but activity varies considerably month to month. This gives us a starting point—not a result. As the new website, listings cleanup, analytics, Search Console, local SEO, and measurement foundation come online, we can track how visibility turns into website visits, inquiries, and ultimately inspections.
These figures existed before the current implementation. They are not Bonasera Consulting results.
